Similar to galvanized steel, Galvalume is produced by a hot-dip process. Instead of 100% zinc, the dip is 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon. Galvalume Steel Coil have excellent performance, possessing ideal comprehensive properties of corrosion resistance, formation and coating.

Produced through the hot rolling process, where steel is heated above its recrystallization temperature and then rolled into thin sheets or coils. Hot rolled steel coils have a rougher surface compared to cold-rolled steel and are typically used in applications where precise shapes and finishes are not required. They are valued for their strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness in large-scale construction and manufacturing projects.
Using Hot Galvanized Steel Coil as the substrate, color coated steel coil is made by first going through surface pretreatment, then the coating of one or more layers of liquid coating by roll coating, and finally baking and cooling. The coatings used include polyester, silicone modified polyester, high-durability, corrosion-resistance and formability.
